Dark Side

Summary:

Your ship has crashed on the dark side of the moon. You've been unconscious for hours, and have no idea what happened. The only thing you do know is that you need to find oxygen, and fast. You only have three minutes of oxygen to make the trek all of the way to the light side, where there are colonies that will surely help you. But the trek might not be so straightforward. You hear whispers in your head. No one should be with you on this side of the moon, yet you feel like you are being stalked in the shadows. You grab your gun and start your journey, using the resources you find along the way to improve your chances of survival.

Controls:

A / D = Move (Left/Right)

Space = Jump

Click = Shoot 

Shift = Interact

Click and drag items in the crafting menu to combine them

About:

This game was made for the JamCraft 3 game jam, from June 11 - 23, 2019. The jam had a required theme of crafting, with an optional theme of "dark." The game was made by Luke Kline (lead programmer) and Colby Snyder (lead artist and sound designer) using Unity, and it is the first game that we have ever made.
